3. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants using FRIQ remain fully responsible for their business operations, including but not limited to:
approving or rejecting customer orders
fulfilling orders and delivering products
managing refunds and disputes
handling chargebacks
complying with applicable laws and regulations
FRIQ provides informational insights only and does not assume responsibility for merchant operational decisions or financial outcomes.
4. Data Provided by Merchants
To perform fraud analysis, merchants may provide order-related data that may include:
customer name
email address
phone number
billing and shipping addresses
order details and order value
IP address and transaction metadata
Merchants represent and warrant that they have the legal right to process and share this data with FRIQ for the purpose of fraud analysis.
FRIQ processes this information solely to provide fraud intelligence insights and reporting.

5. Data Processing Roles
For the purposes of applicable data protection laws:
the merchant acts as the data controller
FRIQ acts as a data processor
FRIQ processes personal data only on behalf of the merchant and only for the purposes necessary to provide the fraud intelligence service.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features of the FRIQ service require a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected plan.
