I built FRIQ for myself and My team. But now I’m sharing it with the world

Back in 2017 I launched my first high ticket store eBike Generation that I later sold in 2023. I was paying thousands in fraud protection fees per months because their model was almost 1% on every order. And sometimes they’d flag something as high risk but wouldn’t give context. So I would cancel an order not knowing if it was really high risk or the person was simply using a VPN or shipping to his place of business instead of his home.

I needed better. So I set out to build an internal process for my team and I to use. Yes, we were no longer ‘protected’ but we had much more insight into every transaction and we knew what we were accepting or canceling.
